Our standard delivery times for delivery are between 7-14 working days from the date of your order. However, these estimates may vary in busy periods and offshore deliveries can take up to 4-6 weeks. All delivery estimates are guidelines.
If you would like fast delivery, we offer an express delivery option where we deliver within 6 working days. The first working day is the next working day after your order is placed.
Delivery to remote areas
We offer free delivery to all mainland UK areas with estimated delivery times quoted above. Delivery to remote areas of the United Kingdom will incur an extended delivery timeline as well as an additional delivery charge.

Quality checks
Every piece of furniture sent out undergoes stringent quality checks and is checked against your chosen specifications. You will be asked to confirm and sign that you have received the products in good condition and matching to your requirements. Therefore, it is essential you check the items thoroughly.
If you’re not entirely satisfied, please do let us know at your earliest convenience.
Delivery information
Order confirmation – we will confirm your order once it has been placed, following which production will commence.
Delivery confirmation – a member of our delivery team will contact you directly (via phone call, email or text message) to arrange delivery with you, following which you will be provided with a 4-hour time slot for delivery. Where possible, we will provide a minimum of 1-2 days notice of delivery.
Please do not take time off work until you receive contact from our delivery team. Contact is often by call. Please do not email us until you have waited 7-14 working days from your order date.
Delivery day – our delivery team will contact you one hour prior to delivery to confirm a more accurate time slot.
On very rare occasions, deliveries can be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances such as unexpected delays or adverse weather conditions, for which we are unable to compensate customers for cancelled appointments.
At your home – If you have opted for installation, our two-man delivery team will take your furniture to your room of choice. They will unpack and install the furniture and take away the unwanted packaging.
For those deliveries without installation, deliveries are made to the communal door of your property and couriers are not authorised to take items any further. Any courier that may deliver items further than the communal door can only do so as a gesture of goodwill at the discretion of the buyer, please note that the company would not be held liable for any risk to the items past the communal door.
Failed deliveries
If you aren’t available on the day to accept delivery after you have been notified of your 4-hour time slot, we reserve the right to apply a £60 redelivery fee. The redelivery will be conducted in line with our delivery schedule and availability in your area.
